About the Role & Team

The Senior Specialist - Disney+ Partnerships Growth will be responsible for driving subscriber growth and engagement through Disney+ MENA’s strategic partnerships across telco, media, OEM, and digital verticals. Working closely with the Partner Marketing team, this role plays a central part in launching new partners, managing ongoing relationships, and ensuring each partnership delivers on its full commercial and customer potential.

This is a high-impact role focused on translating strategic partner opportunities into measurable results through agile execution, operational excellence, and performance governance.

This role will require you to be working 4 days a week in our office and 1 day from home. 

What You Will Do

1. Partner Launch & Onboarding

-Serve as the key owner for end-to-end onboarding of new partnerships, including Telco, OEM, Digital, and Media deals.

-Collaborate with Affiliates team during contract negotiations to align on operational and product elements.

-Lead post-contract project management: build launch plans, define stakeholder actions, track technical and commercial readiness.

-Coordinate closely with Partner Marketing and regional/global tech teams to ensure seamless delivery and readiness for launch.

2. Growth Planning & Optimization

-Develop joint business plans with each partner, setting quarterly subscriber and engagement targets.

-Design and maintain a rolling partner roadmap across promotions, campaigns, content beats, and lifecycle initiatives.

-Identify and activate growth levers across partner channels (e.g. in-store, digital, CRM, salesforce) to drive acquisition and sell-through.

3. Performance Management & Governance

-Track, analyse and report on trading performance across KPIs including activations, conversion rates, engagement, churn, and content consumption.

-Monitor customer support and technical performance KPIs, both internally and on partner platforms.

-Lead governance routines (quarterly business reviews, monthly check-ins, etc.) to align internally and externally on progress, learnings, and upcoming actions.

4. Operational Alignment & Enablement

- Act as the cross-functional hub for all partner-related operational efforts post-signature, ensuring Disney+ teams are aligned on timelines, ownership, and dependencies.

- Work closely with product, tech, legal, customer service, analytics, and finance to deliver a scalable and sustainable partner growth engine.
 

KPI include:

  • Subscriber Growth: Deliver against aggressive subscriber targets across multiple partners.

  • Engagement & Retention: Improve activation and retention metrics through partner lifecycle management.

  • Operational Excellence: Ensure internal/external readiness for launch, adherence to timelines, and resolution of bottlenecks.

  • Strategic Influence: Translate subscriber insights and market dynamics into actionable plans with partners.
     

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in partnership management, GTM execution, or commercial operations, ideally within streaming, telecom, digital, or consumer tech sectors.

  • Proven ability to launch and grow B2B2C partnerships and manage complex stakeholders.

  • Experience working with telco or OEM channels in MENA, with in-market KSA experience strongly preferred.

  • Familiarity with performance marketing, CRM, and funnel optimization in a subscription business is a plus.

  • Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of partner economics and customer funnel dynamics.

  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into actionable strategies.

  • Cross-Functional Influence: Skilled at aligning stakeholders across tech, marketing, legal, and operations.

  • Structured Project Management: Detail-oriented with a track record of managing timelines, risks, and deliverables.

  • Communication & Collaboration: Professional, candid, and clear communicator across internal and external interfaces.

  • Cultural Fluency: Deep understanding of the MENA region; Arabic fluency is a strong plus.
