The Role  
 
We are looking for a Studio Marketing and Publicity Intern to join us at Disney’s Studio Motion Pictures location in Dublin. In this role you will primarily be assisting the marketing and publicity team which is responsible for distributing and marketing Disney content (and related studios) in Ireland. 

This role will be based in our Dublin office, 4 days a week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home.

Areas of Responsibility:  

  • Assisting with Studio publicity campaigns e.g. liaising with journalists, drafting reports, communications and event management.  

  • Assisting with media promotions/competitions across all Studio releases.  

  • Managing press screenings from booking screenings, notifying journalists and attending check in at press screenings and all publicity related events.  

  • Sourcing and sharing press feedback and coverage in a timely manner in order to support Public Relations (PR) and media activity.  

  • Liaising with UK and Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) publicity teams across all Studio titles.  

  • Assisting with Studio media marketing campaigns, including managing the approval & delivery of campaign creative assets.  

  • Raising of some Purchase Orders (POs), managing PO queries and maintenance of finance trackers.  

  • Wider administration support on marketing budgets and marketing related finances.  

  • Meeting handling, including agenda forming, note-taking, re-scheduling, and general information updates.  

  • Working with your manager to draft partner briefs used for activating marketing and publicity campaigns.  

  • Work with the digital marketing team to help deliver Digital Marketing strategies for all Studio titles.  

  • Follow social media trends and share relevant examples with Studio teams.  

  • Provide support with the management and delivery of social and digital media assets for use on all Disney Studio campaigns and organic social calendars.  

  • Supporting the social team in drafting content across the breadth of owned channels (Meta, X, TikTok, YouTube etc).  

  • Leading on the uploading of YouTube and Meta videos for the team.  

  • Work closely with our UK and EMEA teams to stay up to date on all Disney Studios campaign activities.  

  • General administration duties.  

  • Please note evening and weekend work will be required depending on the nature of the events schedule e.g. premieres, launches etc.  

 
About You:  

  • MUST be an undergraduate returning to full time education in Autumn 2027. 

  • MUST have the right to work in (Republic of) Ireland  

  • Be studying towards a related degree e.g. Marketing, Media or Business  

  • Excellent attention to detail  

  • Good at prioritising and able to tackle various admin duties  

  • Ability to communicate with people at all levels in a professional and mature manner 

  • A passion for Marketing and/or publicity  

  • A knowledge of the film & entertainment industry  

  • Available to start working full time from Monday 12th June 2026
