Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to guests visiting the Pixar Studio Store
Perform essential duties including, but not limited to, receiving and restocking inventory, assisting in maintaining store appearance, and occasional shipment of products
Assist in fulfilling Studio Department Orders; including accurately sorting and distributing products to appropriate departments within the Studio
Flexible to perform a variety of duties to support the needs of the Studio Store
Qualifications:
Must have a strong retail customer service background: positive, upbeat, warm, and personable demeanor
Must be able to communicate clearly with managers and guests
Demonstrated excellence in guest service skills: reliable, consistent and courteous
Previous experience with point-of-sale systems
High level of integrity
Proven ability to take initiative and problem-solve independently
Strong communication and organizational skills
General ability to work weekdays from 10 am to 3 pm, and a flexible schedule in the Spring (February and May and occasional evenings, weekends, and short notice on weekdays)
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to maneuver around sales floor and frequently move merchandise throughout the studio
The hiring range for this position in Emeryville is $36,465.00 to $47,190.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
