About the Role & Program
Disney Entertainment’s Direct to Consumer (DTC) team oversees the global Disney+ and Hulu streaming businesses, helping to bring The Walt Disney Company’s best-in-class storytelling to fans and families everywhere! The DTC Strategy team shapes business plans and delivers market intelligence to Disney+ and Hulu's leaders, collaborating across the company to spark innovation and fuel profitable growth.

What You Will Do
Join our dynamic team of strategists from consulting, banking, and tech backgrounds who combine analytical rigor with creative thinking to tackle fascinating challenges.

Work directly with our strategy team on high-stakes initiatives spanning product strategy, content investment, and business development

Complete market research and track industry trends
Develop executive-level presentations to summarize strategic initiatives for leadership team
Required Qualifications & Skills
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with Excel/data

Analytically rigorous coursework and/or prior internships
Education
Currently enrolled as a junior or senior student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all the requirements below:
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess unrestricted work authorization
Additional Information
The approximate dates of this position are May/June 2026 through August/September 2026
Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
Fully available from Monday-Friday for the duration of the position, 40 hours per week
