The Graphic Design Intern will be responsible for creating and producing Graphic Design assets from initial concept through final execution. This role will focus on developing elevated, on-trend designs for major Disney IPs, including Style Guides and market-ready Merch-On-Demand initiatives. The intern will engage in all facets of the creative process, collaborating with team members and developing executive-level presentation materials.
This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in Glendale, CA from June 15, 2026 through January 2, 2027.
What You Will Do
- Develop Style Guides, Merch-On-Demand designs and Keynote presentations.
- Create innovative, end-to-end design solutions in a collaborative environment across major IPs (Disney, Princess, Pixar, Lucasfilm, Disney Channel).
- Build strong POV boards that establish clear creative direction and tone for style guide projects.
- Create original illustrations, iconography, graphic badges and patterns.
- Effectively prioritize and multitask across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, consistently delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Maintain Graphic Design standards that align with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
- Stay current on fashion, product development, and marketplace trends.
- Develop executive-level Keynote decks as needed.
- Demonstrate proactivity, resourcefulness, organization, and attention to detail.
- Problem-solve day-to-day creative and production challenges.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong proficiency in Keynote.
- Strong traditional and digital drawing skills in addition to concepting capabilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in production skills.
- Able to multi-task and work on multiple projects, meet tight deadlines.
- Able to take art directions and execute.

Education
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in art, graphic design, digital media, or related.
- Seniors preferred.
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the requirements below:
- Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess unrestricted work authorization
- Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program
Additional Information:
- The dates of this internship are June 15, 2026 through January 2, 2027
- Full availability Monday - Friday, 40 hours each week, is required for the duration of the internship
- Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program in the Glendale, CA area.
- Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work

The pay rate for this role in Glendale, CA is $22.50 per hour.
