Join us as our intern, where you'll support our dynamic and fast-paced multi-category hardlines business that encompasses stationery, outdoor, seasonal, sports, collectibles, and novelties, to name a few, ensuring there's never a dull moment! If selected for this role, you will report to the Manager Licensing Hardlines, Disney & Pixar.
This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Glendale, California, area from June 2025 to January 2026.
What You Will Do
Our Hardlines licensing intern will work with the team and top licensees to build best-in-class products, driving strategy to gain market share and maximizing floor space to increase revenue.

- Dive into the world of licensee requests. Research and respond with agility, ensuring our partnerships flourish
- Attend meetings and transform discussions into actionable insights. Your resourceful notetaking will keep our category team aligned and informed
- Take charge of maintaining and updating buy boards, ensuring our strategies are always up-to-date and ready for action
- Handle Box folders that contain POS data, orders, pitches, and franchise intel
- Act as a liaison between our team and others for marketing approvals, ensuring our campaigns and promotions are seamless and compliant
- Maintain and distribute licensee lists with meticulous care, keeping our records accurate and accessible
- Collaborate with our team to handle PR and social media requests, amplifying our brand presence
- Capture crucial data for business analysis, including trend research and retail shopping visits. Your insights will drive our strategies forward
- Provide invaluable support in the contract and amendment process when requested, making sure our partnerships are rock-solid
- Craft product presentations that showcase our categories in the best light possible
- Above all, be ready to tackle any challenge and perform other duties as assigned, helping us soar to new heights

- A self-starter who has experience problem-solving with creative solutions
- Willing to take action with the ability to embrace a committed environment
- Excellent digital literacy; experience using Keynote, Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Outlook, etc.
Education
- Senior year preferred
- Pursuing a degree in marketing, business, communications, or other related fields

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:
- Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at the time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
- Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess unrestricted work authorization.
Additional Information
- This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Glendale, California area from June 2025 until January 2026.
- Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship.
- Fully available Monday through Friday for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week.
- Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program.
- Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work.
- Be compliant with The Disney Look appearance guidelines.
The pay rate for this role in Orlando, Florida and Glendale, California is $22.00 per hour.
