This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Orlando, FL, or Glendale, CA area from June 2026 to January 2027.
What You Will Do
As an intern, you will help support the go-to-market strategies and execution of marketing plans across all franchises and key initiatives that will help drive business goals and top-line demand. You’ll have a chance to work with key contributors and partners across marketing strategy, outstanding creative, PR & communications, and franchise/commercial teams. On any given day, you might:
Assist with marketing strategies and go-to-market plan development to deliver our business goals
Provide support with communication plan development across the team
Evaluate campaign creatives and track approvals/status updates with agencies
Apply data to make strategic recommendations and track program/product budgets
Collaborate with teams to deliver assets, campaign pitch kits, toolkits, and content following brand guidelines and maintaining updates
Provide generational knowledge into trends and ways of thinking
Be an active participant and perform overall project management/ad hoc requests from leadership
Required Qualifications & Skills
Proven marketing skills to develop strategic feedback, reasons, and marketing communication plans
Ability to build and implement strategic plans and project management tools
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically PowerPoint), Keynote, and presentation delivery
Shown experience in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop/Canva or similar
Marketing industry knowledge of trends and the latest innovations
Creatively minded with the ability to encourage teams using analytical thinking, foresight, and problem-solving skills
Education
Junior or Senior year preferred
Major or previous coursework in advertising or business with a marketing concentration, or a related field of study

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all the requirements below:
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree, taking at least one class at the time of application posting, OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney Internship or Disney College Program
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess unrestricted work authorization
Additional Information
Be compliant with The Disney Look appearance guidelines while at work
The approximate dates of this internship are June 2026 - January 2027
Must have the ability to work full-time hours (approximately 40 per week) Monday - Friday, for the duration of the internship
Being able to provide one's own housing and reliable transportation to/from work is required

The pay rate for this role in either Glendale, CA, or Orlando, Florida is $22.50 per hour.
