As the TWDC Store Fulfillment and Distribution Specialist will be part of a team that helps fellow employees navigate company resources and create exclusive merchandise, making the employee experience a little extra special. This position reports to the TWDC Store E-Commerce Manager and includes the responsibility of supporting the core operations of overall fulfillment and distribution of store products. The Fulfillment and Distribution Specialist plays as a lead on the floor in ordering, processing, warehouse receiving, allocating and fulfillment. In addition to daily operations, ensuring accuracy of items that are selected and packed to order specifications. This position will also communicate with key vendors. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience working in a warehouse environment, a strong commitment to maintaining accuracy, productivity, and safety throughout all fulfillment and distribution tasks, and proven to be a strong team player.
Responsibilities:
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
Operate Warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified)
Basic Qualifications:
2+ years of warehouse experience, preferably in a retail or fulfillment setting.
Familiarity with inventory tracking systems and basic computer skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to lift and move packages up to 40lbs, and on their feet for extended period of time.
High School Education
Preferred Qualifications:
Some College Education (AA or BA)
The hiring range for this position in California is $51,000.00 to $66,000.00 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
