Job Summary:

We’re looking for a Senior Designer with exceptional visual taste and a strategic mindset to help shape cohesive brand experiences across mediums. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives at the intersection of brand identity, presentation storytelling, and conceptual spatial/event design—someone who can think big, design precisely, and bring ideas to life across both 2D and 3D contexts.

You’ll play a key role in translating abstract ideas into clear, compelling visual systems, collaborating closely with partners across creative, strategy, and leadership teams.

Responsibilities and Duties of the Role:

  • Conceptualize and design creative solutions across multiple touchpoints, including brand identity, marketing campaigns, presentations, digital and print collateral, merchandise, and experiential moments

  • Design high-impact presentations for executive, client, and internal audiences, balancing narrative structure, visual clarity, and data storytelling.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create experiential brand solutions for physical spaces including conceptual installations, signage, environmental graphics, and supporting collateral

  • Contribute to all stages of the design process—from ideation and mood boards to sketches, style guides, and final production-ready assets

  • Develop and evolve brand systems, including typography, color, layout, and visual language, ensuring consistency and quality

  • Present design concepts and recommendations to internal partners, clients, and senior leadership

  • Prepare and deliver production-ready files that meet technical and vendor specifications

  • Provide constructive feedback and creative guidance to junior designers and interns, helping elevate overall design quality

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating brand design, presentation design, and spatial or environmental concepts

  • Deep expertise in branding fundamentals and visual systems

  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

  • Advanced proficiency in presentation design (Keynote, PowerPoint), with a clear point of view on storytelling and hierarchy

  • Background or experience in conceptual spatial design, environmental design, or experiential design (architecture, interiors, events, exhibitions, or similar fields a plus)

  • Strong conceptual thinker with the ability to move seamlessly between big ideas and precise execution

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable presenting work and rationale to stakeholders

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with executive leadership or high-visibility projects

  • Familiarity with motion, prototyping, or 3D tools

  • Passion for Disney brands

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $95,500.00 to $128,000.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
