This position reports to Sr. Mgr & Buyer, TWDC Stores & Services.

The qualified candidate must be able to provide outstanding Guest Service, communicate effectively, generate sales, merchandise product, process deliveries of new merchandise, restock product, maintain good store visuals, keep an organized storage room, and support the store management team by implementing new retail and marketing strategies to help grow the business.

Duties of this role:

  • Guest Service: greet and always become available to Guests in a friendly manner, prioritizing Guest interaction over tasks.
  • Help fellow employees navigate company resources and learn about discounts and new company initiatives.
  • Perform effective till transactions that enhance the Guest perception and observes all relevant SOPs protecting Company assets including cash handling.
  • Maintain a neat and organized Store, on stage and backstage, so that product is clearly represented and available for replenishment.
  • Assist with stock deliveries and replenishment to agreed standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years retail experience as Sales Representative, Sales Associate, or similar role.
  • High school degree.
  • Familiarity with POS (point of sale) systems and the ability to learn new technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
  • Ability to upsell.
  • Ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts.
  • Must be able to lift heavy objects (40 pounds or more) from time to time as required.
  • Ability to stand for an extended period of time.
  • Move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store, which entails lifting and perform all functions as set forth.

The pay rate for this role in Burbank/Glendale is $20.61per hour.
