The approximate date of this internship is June 2026 to December 2026 and will be located in Glendale, CA.    

Serving as a central point of contact between The Walt Disney Company and Walt Disney Imagineering, the WDI Franchise & Partnership Planning team is seeking an intern to support the day-to-day functions of shepherding partner and content integration in our parks and resorts throughout the world.  

In this role, the intern will primarily be responsible for providing project management support. In addition, the intern will manage select projects and partner requests. This role will work with multiple partners across park sites, Walt Disney Imagineering, Studios, Corporate Franchise/Brand.  

What You Will Do  

Project approvals and tracking: 

  • Track status of all projects on a weekly basis; collaborate with partners to gather updates 

  • Update content planning documents to provide visibility into short and long-term The Walt Disney Company content priorities 

  • Follow-up with partners to keep all next steps and deliverables moving forward in a timely manner 

  • Asset organization and requests 

 

Support partner requests: 

  • Coordinate with various park contacts and project teams on new and in-process requests 

  • Coordinate tightly with leader to determine appropriate partner input required at every step 

 

Meeting Coordination: 

  • Build and distribute agendas for regular update meetings 

  • Collect notes and action items from all update meetings and distribute to attendees; follow-up with partners regarding outstanding action items as appropriate 

  • Coordinate brainstorms and working sessions as needed 

 

Required Qualifications & Skills  

  • Positive attitude and an excellent collaborator 

  • Detail oriented, highly organized multi-tasker who has the ability to focus under deadline pressure 

  • Creative problem solver 

  • Design eye for keynotes and information design 

  • Project management experience preferred 

  • Keen understanding of the Disney brand and organization preferred; ability to work across Corporate and business segments 

  • Experience in collaborative environments 

  • Proficient in Keynote, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite 

  • Highly proficient in desk research 

 

Education  

Currently enrolled as a Senior or higher attending an accredited college/university earning a degree in Business or related field of study 

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information 

Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements: 

  • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship  

  • Be at least 18 years of age  

  • Possess unrestricted work authorization  

  • Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program.  

 

Additional Information 

  • Able to provide reliable transportation to/from work  

  • Must be fully available for the duration of the internship  

  • Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship in Glendale, CA  

 

 


The pay rate for this role in Glendale, CA is $26.50 per hour for undergraduate students and $27.50 per hour for graduate level students.
