The Digital Account Executive is a meaningful digital ad operations role within the Türkiye ad sales and operations organization. We are seeking a candidate that can add their knowledge and experience in media planning, account management, and ad operations to our sales support group, working alongside an experienced and diverse set of salespeople.

Designed to maximize revenue, drive operational efficiency, and provide sales and partner support, the Client Services team plays a vital role in reaching our targets and maintaining high standards in relationships with advertisers and agencies.

Our support team strives for flawless execution, but when challenges inevitably arise, the Account Executive will be quick and creative in finding solutions. Above all, they are natural problem solvers with an instinctive desire to provide top tier client service.

This role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week with one day working from home.

What You Will Do

The role holder will be responsible for managing all elements of the campaign lifecycle, from planning to invoicing. This includes external communication and management of clients, plus collaboration with a variety of internal groups across Sales, Editorial, Technology, Finance, and Accounting.

It begins with pre-sale guidance and media planning, and continues through campaign set up, analysis, optimization, reporting, and invoicing, covering all forms of advertising activity.

  • Provide pre-sale guidance and technical requirements for advertising opportunities

  • Work with Sales to build and revise media plans that maximize revenue and meet client objectives

  • Responsible for the collection, quality control review, and implementation of assets to ensure a timely and accurate campaign launch

  • Compile screen shots, provide reporting, creative swaps, and field all other client requests during campaign lifecycle

  • Collaborate with Technology, Product, and Editorial teams to troubleshoot and implement campaigns

  • Identify, track, and analyze key metrics and use them to optimize campaign performance

Required Qualifications & Skills

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of the digital media landscape, experience in planning and managing advertising campaigns, and be familiar with the general ad-serving and trafficking process.

  • Essential - previous experience in media planning, account management and advertising operations

  • Great attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to effectively prioritize and balance multiple campaigns simultaneously

  • Analytical; able to review, assess, and strategize based on the results

  • Comfortable working independently or collaboratively with peers

  • Confident and clear communicator

  • A solution focused, commercial mindset with a focus on top tier support and service

  • Fluent in English and Turkish both verbal and written
