Job Summary:

Running ad sales operations for digital media for premium sales and programmatic sales.

This role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week

Areas of Responsibility

  • Setup ad campaigns for premium ad sales and programmatic ad sales

  • Controlling and evaluation of active campaigns

  • Monitor daily weekly and monthly reports and monthly reconciliation of the campaigns.

  • Monitor, maintain, and optimize all ad units of digital assets.

Areas of Accountability

  • Managing day-to-day digital ad operations for potential and existing customers

  • Set up, traffic, optimize, and report on all campaigns across desktop, mobile, connected TV, and DAI; effectively review and monitor campaign budget, pacing and optimizations to meet campaign goals (KPIs).

  • Possess a strong understanding of ad-serving capabilities, rich media, VAST/V-PAID implementation, mobile implementation, creative processes, dynamic ads, Live Streaming (Dynamic Ad Insertion) tasks involved in campaign implementation and execution, and the digital media planning and buying process.

  • Monitor campaign delivery to ensure campaigns are running as expected provide troubleshooting support for trafficking issues and maintain the daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

  • Preparing programmatic deals, offering deals to customers, and negotiations (It could be daily, monthly, quarterly, or annually based).

  • Monthly reconciliations of the realized ad campaigns.

  • By serving as a client-facing team member and active presenter to the internal team, you will provide guidance and transfer knowledge on the latest trends in digital marketing techniques, ad-serving methodologies, new technologies, and existing systems; help evaluate ad servers and other 3rd party tools.

  • Familiarity with different online advertising pricing structures (CPC, CPM, CPA, CPD.)

  • Strong understanding of various ad types

  • Controlling the legal and financial aspects of finalized agreements with relevant departments and carrying out the deals.

  • Ability to understand television advertising.

Experience and Professional Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s degree with successful academic record,

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital media ad sales operation

  • Working knowledge of advertising (Google Ad Manager preferred).

  • Knowledge of analytics platforms (GA360, etc.), and the programmatic landscapes.

  • Experience with 3rd party serving (DCM, Sizmek, DV360) and ad verification tools (Moat, DV, IAS).

  • Ability to pull data and troubleshoot discrepancies using reporting tools.

  • Experience with data management platforms (Oracle BlueKai).

  • Extensive experience with demand-side platforms, supply-side platforms, ad servers (primary and DCO), data management platforms, and other platforms throughout the ad tech ecosystem

  • Experience with HTML CSS and JS is a plus.

  • Strong desire to learn more about ad technologies and how publishers drive monetization.

  • Fluent in English both verbal and written.

  • Proficient computer skills – Microsoft Office especially Excel

  • Able to keep up with the dynamic environment of Media,

  • Proactive, creative, and visionary,

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills,

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and agencies.

  • Drive, self-motivated, high on achievement; result-oriented, able to work with the team,

  • Flexible for traveling for business purposes.
