Job Summary:

About the Role & Team

Working closely with the Programming Lead, you’ll help ensure the FX channel—across linear and non-linear—stays fully aligned with our programming strategy, channel positioning, and the unified message agreed with Disney+ Programming and cross-functional teams. You’ll plan monthly grids, run day-to-day scheduling and ad-sales reservations, steer localization inputs (dubs/subs), and keep affiliates and internal partners informed with clear, timely updates that drive performance.

This role will require you to be working 4 days a week in our office and 1 day from home.

You’ll join a team grounded in our Disney values — acting with Integrity, welcoming everyone through Inclusion, embracing boundless Creativity, working together through Collaboration and caring deeply for our Community. These values shape how we work and how we support one another every day.

What You Will Do

  • Turn the agreed strategy into clear channel plans, forecasts, and monthly schedules in the planning system (WON).

  • Manage programme and media codes in WON, ensuring all information is accurate and approved.

  • Support localization decisions (dubbing/subtitles) and share key title information with Operations and partners.

  • Prepare premiere and localization lists, and review budgets with the Lead and Regional Finance.

  • Communicate programming priorities through monthly updates, meetings, and planning presentations.

  • Create special schedules for sponsorship and advertising projects and support ad‑sales planning.

  • Act as a key point of contact for planning system updates and client service processes.

  • Deliver programme guide files (EPG) to partners, ensuring correct dates, metadata, and availability.

  • Coordinate advertising bookings and FX reservations with Sales and third‑party agencies, meeting all deadlines.

  • Plan promotions and cross‑channel campaigns, working closely with On‑Air and Marketing teams.

  • Ensure schedules and advertising space are used effectively and align with agreed formats and limits.

  • Monitor inventory, contracts, and performance data, recommending adjustments to maximise value and results.

  • Work closely with Compliance and Legal to ensure schedules meet all regulatory and internal standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–3+ years in TV programming/scheduling or channel operations, ideally with entertainment brands.

  • Hands-on experience with scheduling/ad-sales and planning tools (e.g., WON, Maestro, M360) and EPG creation.

  • Strong grasp of localization workflows (dubs/subs) and affiliate deliverables/metadata.

  • Analytical mindset with Excel/PowerPoint proficiency; able to turn performance data into actionable grid changes.

  • Clear written/verbal communication; fluent Turkish and professional English.

  • Excellent coordination, attention to detail, and deadline discipline; comfortable managing multiple stakeholders.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with RTÜK requirements and internal broadcast standards.

  • Experience planning cross-promos and sponsorship integrations.

  • Exposure to non-linear (OTT/catch-up) planning and affiliate operations.
