  • Accurately prepare individual F&B forecasts, detailed BEOs, and event resumes, ensuring information is complete and aligned with operational delivery.
  • Serve as the direct liaison between clients, vendors, and resort operating departments, coordinating logistics and ensuring seamless communication across all stakeholders.
  • Monitor event execution to ensure what is reflected on BEOs is consistent with service delivery, overseeing introductions and turnover to banquet teams and confirming overall guest satisfaction.
  • Stay current on wedding market trends, pricing, and product offerings, using competitive insights to position Disney Fairy Tale Weddings effectively within the broader travel and resort marketplace.
  • Provide informal guidance, mentoring, and coaching to coordinators and support staff, sharing product knowledge and best practices to enhance team performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in wedding sales and services, with a strong track record in a service-oriented or hospitality environment.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and consultative selling skills, including the ability to develop personal sales plans and create well-prepared sales presentations.
