This is a casual-regular (part time) hourly role located at the Maingate Office Complex supporting Disney Live Entertainment departments. Scheduling will be done on an as needed basis. Scheduling is not guaranteed.

 

What You Will Do

Greet and direct all visitors, vendors, and Guests. Answer incoming calls and forward to appropriate personnel or department, take messages as needed, and provide necessary information to callers. Maintain reception and kitchen areas in a tidy and organized manner. Draft correspondence, memos, and emails as the need arises. Assist staff in day to day functions.

 

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience with multi-line phone systems
  • Ability to process invoices
  • Ability to receive, sort, and route mail, packages, magazines, periodicals, etc.
  • Ability to maintain and order office and kitchen supplies. Perform other clerical duties as needed.
  • Ability to manage package delivery services, coordinate, receive, and request deliveries.
  • Ability to schedule and maintain conference rooms
  • Ability to assist Cast Members with Video Teleconference Issues (VTC). Act as VTC point of contact for other Disney Business Units
  • Ability to assist Cast and departments on an as needed basis
  • High school degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and intense environment with ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to be dependable, organized, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to take initiative and possess good follow-through skills
  • Ability to have a polished, professional demeanor
