This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Lake Buena Vista, FL area from January 2025 - June 2025.

What You Will Do

You will have the outstanding opportunity to work with the full spectrum of Disney's dynamic business units. Our Corporate Alliance partners have close relationships with Walt Disney Parks & Resorts, Disney Media Group, The Walt Disney Studios, and Disney Consumer Products & Interactive. On any given day, you might:

  • Brainstorm new & innovative ideas and lead initiatives while learning about different companies in industries like technology, retail, and food & beverage
  • Collaborate with key contacts and executives and build presentation decks and compile reports & meeting recaps
  • Develop strategy and content for social media and coordinate an editorial calendar
  • Arrange photo shoots & media visits or conduct compliance checks/audits in the Parks and Resorts
  • Complete in-park photography, including gathering content for documentation purposes as well as social media

Required Qualifications & Skills

  •  Upbeat self-starter who takes initiative - able to balance multiple tasks and priorities with high attention to detail
  • Ability to establish relationships using refined interpersonal communication - strong business sense
  • Past internship/education experience in marketing or project management
  • Creative problem solver with strong analytical and project management skills who can easily navigate change

Preferred Qualifications

  • Skilled in presentation/deck building (Keynote and PowerPoint) and
  • Proficient design skills (Adobe Creative Suite preferred)
  • Social media strategy and planning experience including content development
  • Photography/videography experience with portfolio, familiar with DSLR cameras and/or GoPro

Education

  • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) before participation in the internship program OR have graduated from a college/university within 6 months at the time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
  • Currently enrolled junior, senior, or graduated within the past six months majoring in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Social Media, Public Relations, Finance, Business Analysis, or a closely related field

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information

Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Possess unrestricted work authorization
  • May not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Program

Additional Information

  • The approximate dates of this internship are January 2025 – June 2025
  • Full availability required to work full-time hours (approximately 40 per week) for the duration of the internship
  • Able to provide own housing and reliable transportation to/from work
