Job Summary:

About the Role:

Corporate Alliances at The Walt Disney Company develop and holistically manage complex, long-term relationships with selected brands and companies. Our mission is to forge innovative and inspirational marketing partnerships around the world to drive incremental profitability through unique and diverse value streams across Disney. We’re looking for a dynamic, creative, and resourceful intern to join our Corporate Alliances team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and is eager to contribute across a variety of business functions. As a Corporate Alliances Integration Intern, you’ll support a variety of functions that bring our alliances to life—internal communications, design, project coordination, digital content management, brand management, and more—helping drive meaningful engagement across teams.  You’ll gain hands-on experience in a cross-functional business environment, exposure to communications strategy and design thinking, insight and understanding into how Disney’s Alliance business operates, opportunities to contribute to high-impact projects and mentorship and professional development support. This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Orlando, Florida area from June 2026-January 2027.


 

What You Will Do:

This intern will help create and edit communications, presentations, and reports for leadership, internal audiences, and partner meetings.  The intern will participate in problem-solving sessions, brainstorming meetings and collaborative concepting sessions that lead to creation of content for social/digital media.  You will help monitor Disney-owned channels for partner mentions and consolidate relevant metrics all while helping to manage content reviews for social media and blog content. On any given day, you may:  

  • Design visual content using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite and help manage and track projects using project management tools
  • Support the design and development of SharePoint sites and perform SharePoint administration
  • Write and maintain user guides and technical documentation for internal applications
  • Manage and execute compliance checks/audits in theme parks and resorts

     

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Prior Disney experience (e.g., Disney College Program, Professional Internship, front-line operations)
  • Strong written, verbal communication, project management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including experience designing presentations in PowerPoint or similar tools
  • Creative thinker, self-starter with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities


 

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Past internship or work experience in marketing, communications, or project management
  • Experience working with SharePoint and/or digital content management
  • Experience in research and/or analysis
  • Photography/videography experience



Education:

  • Currently enrolled junior or senior majoring in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a closely related field



Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:

Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:

  • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
  • Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Possess unrestricted work authorization


 

Additional Information:

  • The approximate dates of this internship are June 2026 – January 2027
  • Candidate should be fully available to work full-time hours (approximately 40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship
  • This internship is currently in the office Monday through Thursday and work from home on Fridays, subject to change without notice
  • Able to provide own housing and transportation for work in the Orlando, FL area

The pay rate for this role in Florida is $22.50 per hour. Select benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, such as medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
