About the Role & Team
Disney Special Activities, VIP Tour Services provides unparalleled, personalized VIP Tour and amenity services for a niche market of Guests and executives of Disney Parks! Disney VIP Tours evolved from the original Ambassador, Walt Disney. Disney Special Activities and the Premium Services division ensure that the goals remain unchanged; to provide the perfect Disney experience, family vacation or visit. We provide a memorable experience that is customized to the Guest's desire, arranged on the schedule of and completely in tune with the VIP Guest. This is a full time, hourly, non-union role. You will report to the VIP Group and Event Manager.
What You Will Do
- Transport our executive and invited guests to meetings and other work events, both on and off property
- Aid in transportation of our VIP Tour Guests when needed because of use of our wheelchair accessible vehicles, VIP Tour Guide hour constraints or other factors
- Help with the appropriate documentation of vehicle maintenance, cleanliness and minor repairs of our vehicle fleet
- Partner with our VIP Tour Coordinators and leadership to ensure vehicle numbers
- Help maintain vehicle equipment stock and organization of rental vehicles, outside the current fleet.
- Relate with Guests, partners, and team members at all levels of the Disney Company, while sharing a comprehensive knowledge of Company resources
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Passion for Walt Disney World products and have Walt Disney World Company knowledge

- Knowledgeable of our Disney Executives and our corporate structure
- Valid Florida Driver License and driving experience (proof of license is required)
- DOT Compliant which includes the following steps:
- Have a US valid Driver's License for 5 years
- Have a FL Driver's License
- Motor Vehicle Report will be run on your personal Driver's License
- Health Services Physical (done on the clock)
- Drug Test at Centra Care
- E-learning
- Practical driving test in a 15 passenger van with a trainer
- Experience with the Walt Disney World property and Central Florida roads and highways, including local major and minor (FBO) airports and hotels
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft excel and data analysis tools
- Ability to create and follow itineraries
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Commercial Driver License (CDL)
- Fleet Management Experience
