About the Role & Team
As part of the Sales Operations Team at Disney Vacation Club, the Communications Coordinator creates content that supports our goals and Sales programs while engaging internal audiences.
You will report to the Communication & Integration Manager.
This is a Full-Time role.
What You Will Do
Support, develop, and produce high-quality communication materials for multiple sales channels
Maintain Standard Operating Guidelines
Support Leadership by building presentations for internal use
Maintain confidential information with all levels of Cast, including Executives
Partner with the Production for live event support
Build relationships with partners to communicate information related to policies, procedures, and new projects
Required Qualifications & Skills
A minimum of 2 years in a communications field with demonstrated Coordinator and project management skills
Experience developing communication for internal audiences
Graphic production and editing skills
Knowledge of AP Style, grammar, and punctuation
Awareness of all updates and enhancements to applicable systems including SharePoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar systems
Proficiency in basic computer functions necessary to operate in a Windows environment and other technologies
Schedule availability to include weekends, variable shifts and holidays
Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and/or Marketing or related field preferred
