As an Education Instructor at The Seas with Nemo & Friends in EPCOT, you’ll be at the heart of creating unforgettable experiences for Guests of all ages. This role offers the unique opportunity to share fascinating animal stories and conservation messages in a fun, interactive way - helping Guests connect with the magic underwater and the importance of protecting it.

If selected for this full-time, hourly position, you will report to a team of Education Managers.
What You Will Do
Deliver accurate, interactive, and engaging presentations that inspire Guests to care about animals and conservation
Speak confidently to large groups of children and adults in an informal, conversational style
Create memorable experiences in a dynamic, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment
Required Qualifications & Skills
Full availability, including weekends, variable shifts, and holidays
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Comfortable speaking to large groups for extended periods (up to 8 hours per day)
Experience engaging multi-aged audiences with interactive, non-lecture approaches
Ability to walk and stand for long periods indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
Some roles require working around water, at various heights, and lifting up to 25 pounds
Ability to excel in a diverse, team-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in multiple languages
Experience delivering animal content and conservation messaging
Education
Completed college coursework in Education, Biology, Zoology, Wildlife Management, Environmental Science, Communications, or related fields required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
