The Diversity, Equity & Inclusion team serves as a center of excellence for the enterprise, leading the development of a shared DEI vision and coordinated business strategy, partnering with leadership across lines of business and global markets, providing subject matter expertise on relevant inclusion practices, and improving our inclusion brand both inside and outside the company!

The Inclusive Learning & Talent Development Experiences Coordinator reports to the Sr. Manager, Inclusive Culture & Experiences and will focus on providing administrative and operational support for the Enterprise’s approach towards DEI learning and inclusive talent development.

What You Will Do

  • Support the team’s operations by coordinating agendas, scheduling meetings, note-taking (i.e Debriefs, L&D Circle, Core Teams, Focus Groups), and record keeping/data archiving
  • Coordinate logistics and communications to attendees of webinars, conferences and activations (sign ups, secure lodging, meeting rooms, schedule meetings, support selection/vetting process)
  • Handle logistics that support maintenance of relationships with external partners
  • Support data and insights efforts by creating, implementing, and summarizing forms and surveys using Smart Sheets
  • Process invoices and purchases on a timely basis
  • Design decks and slides for presentation
  • Provide secondary support of contract processing and for the LMS platform and website, when needed
  • Assist with the larger IC&E team with projects and initiatives

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years of dynamic work experience in a corporate environment with proven success interacting, partnering and networking with all levels of management in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Experience in Learning & Talent Development is a plus
  • Ability to build positive relationships across highly matrixed partner groups
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills to assure professional interaction with senior executives, internal partners, and external contacts
  • Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion concepts and practices
  • Proactive communication style
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills with solid attention to detail
  • Technical/analytical skill and strong proficiency in business related software
  • Skill to multi-task and prioritize deadlines/results and ability to work both independently and in team environments
  • Ability to troubleshoot, handle complex issues, raise issues in a timely manner, and frame up solutions

The hiring range for this position in Burbank is $48,500-$65,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
