The intern will report to the Senior Manager of Labor Relations.
This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in Orlando, Florida, from June 2026 through January 2027.
What You Will Do
The Labor Relations Intern provides day-to-day and project-related support to the Labor Relations team, including site-specific collective bargaining agreements, project work, consultations, grievances, and the resolution of labor-management issues. This position may provide administrative support during union contract negotiations, effect bargaining, and arbitrations. Our Labor Relations Interns need to understand aspects of labor and human resources-related laws, including the NLRA and Title VII, and to demonstrate initiative as issues arise related to the ADA, ADAAA, ADEA, FMLA & state/local laws and ordinances. Interns should be available to work on-site.
Responsible for a variety of functions, including, but not limited to:
- Assisting with negotiation and arbitration logistics.
- Supporting Labor Relations personnel with grievances, effect bargaining, and operations initiatives.
- Conducting legal research to share with internal and external audiences.
- Gathering confidential information in response to inquiries.
- Archiving and maintaining documents.
- Supporting projects and initiatives.
- Performing other job-related duties as requested.
- This position will also be trained as a backup to assist with the coverage of administrative functions.

- Bilingual
- High functional knowledge of Workday, SharePoint, Teams, and Zoom.
Education
- Junior or Senior year preferred
- Pursuing a degree in Industrial and Labor Relations or a related major
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all the requirements below
- Be enrolled in an accredited college/university, pursuing a degree, taking at least one class at the time of application, OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
- Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney Internship or Disney College Program.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Possess unrestricted work authorization.

- Fully available from Monday to Friday for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week.
