As a Maximo Administrator within Holiday Services at Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, you won't just fill a role, you'll become a pivotal force behind our world-class operations. In this unique opportunity, you’ll leverage your expertise with the IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system, ensuring our data infrastructure is robust, efficient, and ready to support unforgettable guest experiences. Reporting directly to the Department Head, you serve as the Department’s Data Officer, responsible for overseeing data operations, strategy, analytics, and governance to ensure the efficient functioning of our data infrastructure.

You will report to the Manager-Holiday Services

This is a Full-Time Hourly Role

What You Will Do

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in IBM Maximo EAM suite and Microsoft Office 365 applications

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to resolve complex business issues and requirements

  • Communication Skills: Capability to collaborate effectively with IT support and Maximo EAM system users

  • Project Management Skills: Capacity to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines

  • Electronic Hardware Asset Management

Focus:

  • Data Operations: Overseeing data collection, storage, management, accessibility, and usability

  • Data Strategy: Establishing and implementing data strategies and procedures aligned to departmental goals

  • Data Analytics: Extracting insights from data to inform decision‑making and optimize end‑user experiences

  • Data Governance: Managing data to ensure compliance with data protection laws and prevent breaches

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Configure and administer the Maximo EAM system to optimize performance

  • Develop and administer workflows to streamline operational processes

  • Add, modify, and manage user access within the Maximo EAM system

  • Test and verify fixes and patches, supporting upgrade projects

  • Identify and communicate defects to IT or higher Disney Maximo Support personnel

  • Design systems and programs to meet departmental business needs

  • Analyze and review the organization's data infrastructure

  • Set and align policies for data storage, access, and distribution

  • Integrate new data technologies into existing infrastructures

  • Train users to leverage data for actionable insights and informed decision-making

Education

  • High School or equivalent experience

  • Associate degree - Preferred
