Join our team in an engaging hourly Office and Technical (non-union) role where your contributions will directly support Quality Assurance management and both salaried and hourly staff. In this dynamic position, you’ll play a key part in our operations by generating and publishing insightful reports, maintaining essential databases and Quality Records, and scheduling important regulatory and department training. You’ll also process purchase orders, compile performance metrics, and provide Maximo data entry, ensuring that our workflows run smoothly. As a valued team member, you’ll assist with onboarding and off-boarding Cast, track budget data, and help develop new processes. You'll have the opportunity to coordinate department meetings, arrange travel, process expense reports, and provide vital clerical support. Additionally, you’ll handle confidential information and communication, working closely with internal business partners. You will report to the Sr Manager-Quality Assurance
This is a Full-Time role
What You Will Do
Scheduling regulatory training and running status reports
Scheduling department training (adding and removing in requirements in D Learn
Submitting purchase orders and tracking status – new items and repairs
Handling renewals of contracts for software and hardware maintenance for department equipment and UAL
Checking and distributing supplies and on-hand inventory
Handling all vehicle related issues (lease, owned, and pargos) – maintenance, repairs, purchases, etc.
Updating department bulletin boards – safety, legal standards, environmental, and general information
Support Onboarding and off-boarding Cast Members
Handling costuming issues
Handling special projects - new vendors, run reports, preparing documentation for storage at Iron Mountain, etc.
Provide general clerical support to include, coordinating department meetings, handle confidential information and communication, and backup other secretaries in the facility
Support and provide Maximo data entry
Required Qualifications & Skills
Demonstrate strong organizational and administrative skills
Exhibit advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Flexible with schedule, willing to work overtime and adjust hours as needed for the organization
Confident, clear, and professional communication skills (spoken and written)
Maintains professionalism and integrity when working with sensitive or proprietary information.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiar with Maximo
Proficient in standard office software programs and mobile electronic devices to include One Drive and Microsoft Teams
SAP Knowledge and experience
Education
High school degree or equivalent
Additional Information:
This role is fully onsite, requiring five days per week in the Orlando FL office.

The pay rate for this role in Orlando, FL is $22.60 to $28.25 per hour.
