This is a full time Clerical Hourly role.
You will report to the Proprietor of the Grand Floridian Beach Resort & Spa.
What You Will Do:
You will partner with other departments to resolve dining issues, plan special celebrations, facilitate large party reservations and notate dietary needs.
Make and confirm dining reservations adhering to AAA Five-Diamond, Forbes Five-Star, and Michelin Travel Guide etiquette and service.
Work with A la Carte, Avail SE, Guest Service Suite, and Lilo
Connect with guests and other cast to resolve reservations issues, dietary needs and booking large parties.
Work with other Cast Members, convention services, disability offices, Very Important People (VIP) offices and Management, using Microsoft programs daily
Complete general office tasks daily
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and/or projects simultaneously
Consistent track record working well in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Demonstrated ability to manage conflict/resolution
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Proficiency using a computer and computer programs like Microsoft Suites (Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), and learn new software applications
Knowledge of A La carte, Avail SE, Guest Service Suite, and Lilo
Ability to lift 10 lbs
Knowledge of wine and spirits
Type at least 50 words per minute
Flexibility with work schedule, including work nights, holidays, weekends and extended hours
Knowledge of refunding to share point
Knowledge of Lilo Systems and Web BEO
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual Skills
Demonstrated proofreading skills
Understanding of Walt Disney World procedures
Ability to maintain and keep high levels of confidentiality
Collaboration skills
Validated Guest Service skills
Preferred Education:
Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
