You will spend the majority of your time working side-by-side with Cast Members in live sales environments—observing guest interactions, delivering immediate feedback, and reinforcing behaviors that drive results.

This is not a desk-based leadership role. Success comes from being present in the field, actively coaching, and ensuring that every Cast Member consistently delivers a high-quality, guest-focused sales experience aligned with the Disney Difference.

You will report to the Sales Director.

This is a Full-Time fully on-site role.

  • Serve as a resource and coach during live selling moments

Reinforce Performance and Accountability

  • Address performance gaps directly and in a timely manner

  • Hold Cast Members accountable for applying coaching and meeting expectations

  • Facilitate performance conversations grounded in observable behaviors, business impact, and clear next steps

  • Support Cast Members in improving performance through consistent feedback and follow-through

Execute Structured Development Plans

  • Execute and reinforce structured development plans, including onboarding support and performance improvement efforts

  • Partner with Sales Development and leadership teams to ensure training is effectively applied in the field

  • Monitor progress and reinforce key behaviors to accelerate development and close performance gaps

Foster a Positive and Engaged Team Environment

  • Build strong relationships with Cast Members to create trust and openness to coaching

  • Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture

  • Recognize and reinforce positive behaviors and progress

  • Promote ownership, teamwork, and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven ability to coach and develop others in a live, performance-based environment

  • Strong field leadership presence with a hands-on, engaging approach

  • Ability to deliver clear, direct feedback and hold others accountable for results

  • Experience working in a high-volume, guest-facing sales environment

  • Demonstrated success as an individual contributor in a sales role prior to leading others
