About the Role & Team

The Sales Support Integration Operations Manager leads, coaches, and develops a team of salaried Cast Members who handle real estate closings. They explain legal and financial details and provide an overview of the DVC membership processes. You will also supervise, monitor, and analyze metrics to identify ways to improve business results, and will collaborate closely with various departments including sales, marketing, and IT to plan and implement new business initiatives.

You will lead the day-to-day operations of the Disney Vacation Club Quality Assurance team, which supports the entire contract process including:

  • Credit underwriting.

  • Prepare real estate documents.

  • Record contracts with respective counties.

  • Provide support by phone and email to DVC Members and the DVC Sales team.

  • Ensure contracts close within the business timeline.

  • Process post-closing documents for real estate contracts, updates to membership (add/remove from title), and title policies.

What You Will Do

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and professional development to direct reports.

  • Remove barriers and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Promote knowledge of products, processes, and legal/regulatory requirements through coaching, presentations, and training.

  • Deliver communications to the team.

  • Address and resolve guest concerns, and make operational adjustments as needed.

  • Resolve conflicts by demonstrating leadership and appropriate decision-making and escalation competencies.

  • Work with other areas within DVC to align with main focus areas, provide exceptional service, and determine opportunities for improvement.

  • Analyze workload and scheduling.

  • Identify and analyze data for themes, trends, and cause identification.

  • Show passion and commitment to diversity and inclusion, including inviting diverse perspectives, encouraging an inclusive work environment and supporting workforce diversity.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in an operational area and real estate property transactions.

  • Experience in title or real estate documentation.

  • Experience translating strategic goals/concepts into action plans and implementing plans at an operational level.

  • Analytical and reporting experience.

  • Ability to move between strategy and daily operations while using the capability and capacity of the team.

  • Collaborative and comfortable working and communicating with individuals at all levels and with various teams.

  • Flexibility with work schedule, including weekends and holidays.

  • Experience leading virtual teams.

  • Understanding of Disney Vacation Club products.

  • Licensed Title Agent.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
