At Walt Disney World, we build memories, and as Senior Manager, Integrated Product Planning, you will be leading the development and execution of commercial strategies and initiatives through product and content integration, encouraging millions of Guests to experience our Parks and Resorts. You would lead the development of our site's product integration plans and pivotal initiatives delivering business, Cast, and Guest growth goals using business analytics, as well as consumer and industry insights and trends.

Every single day is energizing as the Senior Manager, integrated Product Planning. On any given day you may:
- Lead a dynamic and forward-thinking team responsible for driving content integration innovation and prioritizing multifaceted, cross-company and cross-property activations that drive commercial value
- Deliver site-wide content and experience strategies, plans and roadmaps that elevate new, incremental business opportunities based on site needs, audience, and content priorities, substantiating recommendations through data, consumer insights, and comprehensive market assessments
- Collaborate across the entire Commercial Strategy organization as well as Park Operations, Walt Disney Imagineering, Disney’s Live Entertainment, Food & Beverage / Merchandise Lines of Business, Corporate Alliances, and Synergy groups at the site, segment and corporate level to ensure deliverables are comprehensive, vetted recommendations that maximize impact
- Provide constructive collaboration and franchise input for Walt Disney World Guest experience investments, growing audience relevancy and addressing consumer needs
- Lead conceptualization sessions and recurring forums, working closely with cross-functional partners, and building a sophisticated and compelling case to gain support from cross-functional partners and senior leadership
- Oversee synergy, seasonal, and audience celebrations plan delivery through successful project management and cross-discipline collaboration
- Participate in large cross-functional forums as a catalyst for change and champion for strategic alignment contributing inputs and providing solution-oriented opportunities to further bolster short- and long-term initiatives supporting planned Site growth
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- At least eight plus years of proven experience in business development, brand management, marketing, strategy, or franchise/synergy integration roles
- At least five plus years in a leadership role with direct reports and managing projects with teams
- Proven financial and analytical business acumen with the ability to lead sophisticated work within a matrix organization producing long-term strategies and delivering profitable initiatives
- Experience developing cohesive, succinct and actionable strategies using disparate and sophisticated consumer-led data and insights from cross-functional sources
- Proven track record managing a large volume of work, effectively and efficiently, prioritizing continually to ensure business results are achieved
- Exhibits a creative, entrepreneurial mindset with experience in business development, strategic growth initiatives, and product strategy.
- Cultivates trusted relationships through exceptional emotional intelligence while influencing stakeholders, gaining alignment, and delivering results across cross-functional and matrixed teams.
- Excels at developing compelling written, verbal, and visual business narratives that influence decision-making and secure support for strategic recommendations.
- Communicates complex business strategies and recommendations with executive presence, confidence, and professionalism to senior leadership audiences.
- Familiarity with exceptional business acumen with the ability to interpret financial and operational performance, including P&L results, annual operating plans, key value drivers, and business metrics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Extensive experience within the consumer products, theme parks, hospitality, entertainment, or resort industries.
- Comprehensive knowledge of The Walt Disney Company businesses, franchises, brands, and operating segments, with an understanding of how they drive consumer engagement and business growth.
- Demonstrated success leading initiatives within complex, matrixed organizations while influencing cross-functional teams, executive stakeholders, and strategic business partners without direct authority.
- Capacity to foster innovation, champion calculated risk-taking, and develop creative business solutions that deliver measurable business results.
Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
The hiring range for this position in Orlando, Florida, is $145,900.00-$195,600.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
