We are seeking an experienced Senior Paralegal to join Disney Experiences as a trusted resource to attorneys and business partners at Walt Disney World and Disney Vacation Club. The Senior Paralegal will be responsible for preparing agreements, advising on regulatory compliance, and supporting both consumer research and cast-based initiatives. The Senior Paralegal is expected to exercise sound judgment, proactively identify issues, improve processes, and serve as a departmental utility player capable of executing time-sensitive matters.

What You Will Do:
- Act as a primary legal point of contact for designated business units, including Disney Vacation Club Business Affairs, Consumer Insights, Cast Programs and Initiatives, and Campus Programs.
- Draft, negotiate, and manage a wide range of legal agreements with moderate oversight.
- Identify legal and reputational risks and escalate issues appropriately.
- Apply guidance from subject matter expert attorneys and paralegals in other disciplines and segments.
- Propose practical solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improved processes that enhance efficiency and ownership by business teams.
- Develop, update, and maintain templates, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum three (3) years’ paralegal experience at a law firm or an in-house legal department.
- Experience and proficiency providing guidance on legal matters with moderate direction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, client relationship and contract drafting skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and drafting skills with careful diligence.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients of all levels.
- Must be collaborative, team-oriented and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects to meet client deadlines.
- Strong computer and software program skills and proficient legal research skills; knowledge of digital platforms a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience supporting regulated, hospitality, entertainment, or consumer-facing businesses.
- Experience with sweepstakes, privacy-adjacent issues, or timeshare-related matters.
- Demonstrated history of process improvement.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
