A Sr. Technical Project Manager in this group will help lead meetings, gather stakeholder requirements, present to executives and drive product values for our projects. We work closely with internal maintenance, safety, and engineering partners to deliver world-class guest experiences across Disney Parks.

This is a full time 18month Project Hire Role.

What You Will Do

  • To be a product owner and drive the direction of the product development through:

  • Defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap

  • Gather, manage, and prioritizes market/customer requirements

  • Acts as the customer advocate articulating the user's and/or buyer's needs and experiences

  • Coordinates and hosts check-ins with customers

  • Create and present bi-weekly/monthly executive presentations on product and relationship with internal partners

  • Work with technical partners to define product features and define feature scope

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years of proven experience working related to project management.

  • At least handled more than 3 projects successfully in the past.

  • Ability to analyze and interpret data.

  • Ability to think strategically and strong problem solving skills.

  • Ability to speak to all levels from technical partners to executive.

  • Strong communication, writing and presentation skills

  • Have a strong sense working with data.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have experience working with software engineers or lead a software project using Agile methodology

  • CSPO or CSM certification preferred

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree
