As a Systems Analyst in Disney Experiences Worldwide Safety Health & Sourcing (WSHES) organization, you'll have domestic and international responsibilities in the support of several Safety Systems. You'll be a member of a team with varied strengths working with users to implement technical solutions that help to reduce risk and lead consistency throughout several business units within Walt Disney Parks and Resorts to ensure that our experiences are safe for Guests and Cast Members.

This is a Full-Time Role

You will report to the Senior Manager, Walt Disney World Systems and Processes

What You Will Do

  • Meet with clients from multiple business units to understand and troubleshoot application issues with Safety Systems.

  • Participate and occasionally facilitate meetings to define user requirements to enhance Safety Systems.

  • Work with teams and vendors to resolve system issues and implement new processes that enhance the user's experience and lead efficiency.

  • Modify application Screens, application workflows, and global system libraries to meet our needs.

  • Pull information from the application database to provide Leaders and Executives data to help make decisions.

  • Document Processes and Basic Training Guides.

  • Partner and connect with all levels of cast from Hourly, Salaried, and Executives.

  • Work a variety of shifts to support deployment schedules.

  • Provide after-hours on-call support for client groups in a team rotation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Ability to communicate with users and technical partners effectively.

  • Proven knowledge of relational databases and SQL.

  • Familiarity with mobile device technology.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, as well as continued improvement process skills.

  • Ability to analyze business solutions to recommend efficient technical needs.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Ability to travel onsite and be flexible with work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of iCertainty Software and IBM Maximo.

  • Knowledge of BusinessObjects, Tableau, and/or MicroStrategy.

  • Experience with JAVA and XML.

  • Understanding of HACCP Principles.

  • Project Management and Task prioritization skills.

  • 3+ years of supporting technology implementations/customer support.

Education

  • BS or MS degree in Computer Science or technology-related field, or equivalent experience
