About the Role & Team
As a Transportation Maintenance Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our fleet operations within the Disney Experiences segment. This role is integral in managing fleet assets, tracking fuel usage, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Your expertise will help maintain the efficiency and reliability of our transportation services, contributing to the seamless operation of our theme parks, resorts, cruise ships, and other vacation experiences.
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lake Buena Vista, FL.
This role reports to the Transportation Engineering Services Manager.
You Will:
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting asset management audits, tracking fuel orders, and maintaining fuel site equipment. You will work independently with minimal supervision, providing informal guidance to junior team members. Your ability to manage multiple tasks, analyze data, and maintain accurate records is essential for the success of our fleet operations. This role matters because it ensures the smooth functioning of our transportation services, requiring skills such as proficiency, independence, and effective problem-solving.
- Conduct quarterly asset management audits in Maximo to verify vehicle assignments and update contact information.
- Track fuel orders, process purchase orders, and maintain weekly records of fuel deliveries and usage.
- Compare Bills of Lading (BOLs) with EKOS delivery data to ensure compliance and prevent misuse.
- Develop and maintain a fuel dashboard to consolidate data on order dates, delivery dates, gallons, fuel type, location, and cost.
- Track maintenance activities, create work orders in Maximo, and manage inventory of fuel site equipment.
- Collaborate with PEC for inventory needs and manage ordering processes.
- Assist with Tags & Titles for legal documentation.
You Will Have:
- Experience with asset management systems (Maximo preferred).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with fuel tracking systems (EKOS experience a plus).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in transportation or fleet management.
- Knowledge of fleet operations and fuel management processes.
- Ability to create dashboards and reports for data visualization.
- Strong communication skills for cross-department coordination.
