Responsibilities:
- 準備食材，包括清洗、削皮、切割、切片蔬菜及水果，並協助衡量及分配食材。
- 按照食譜及烹調指引製作各式菜餚，確保食品的質量、口味及擺盤標準。
- 根據營運需要，於不同的廚房範疇工作，如肉類處理區、冷廚房、熱廚房、燒烤或壽司區。
- 安全操作廚房設備，並保持工作區域清潔、整潔，遵守衛生及食品安全規定。
- 協助接收及檢查送貨食材，確保正確標籤、存放及循環使用（FIFO）。
- 與團隊合作，完成每日廚房生產需求，為賓客提供高質量的用餐體驗。
Basic Qualifications:
- 兼職職位會按公司營運需求輪班工作，並根據兼職種類：
- 平日兼職: 需於星期一至五可被排班
- 週末兼職: 需於星期六、日及公眾假期可被排班
- 申請者需已年滿18歲。
- 具備英語、粵語或普通話的溝通能力。
- 願意在度假區內不同地點工作，包括戶外工作。
- 能夠接受長時間站立及搬運重物的工作需求。
- 良好的團隊合作能力及溝通技巧以應對多元化的工作環境。
- 具備快速、準確及高效的工作能力，並能在壓力下良好運作。
- 持有文憑或同等的職業培訓證書。
- 確保廚房內的工作安全及食品衛生標準。
