Responsibilities:
• 進行高質素及安全的防預及修補性之維修工作
• 需要盡快及有效地回應，完成及報告所有上級安排之工作
Basic Qualifications:
• 最少2年相關工作經驗
• 對各項屋宇設施之維修及特性有足夠認識
• 須輪班及高空工作
• 積極主動並有良好的溝通技巧
• 能以簡單廣東話、英語及普通話作溝通
Preferred Qualifications:
• 持有香港駕駛執照(第一及二類別)者優先考慮
