Responsibilities:
- 管理人流及確保賓客的安全
- 以誠懇友善的態度與賓客互動，並處理賓客的查詢及要求
樂園運營款待專員涵蓋多個領域，除上述職責，申請人將根據營運需求被分配到下列具體職位並負責：
遊樂設施:
- 接待賓客進出遊樂設施及劇場
- 查核遊樂設施上客要求
- 操作遊樂設施系統
- 向賓客介紹表演內容
- 協助管理園內各個演出場地
- 有機會被安排於樂園各範圍工作
- 接待賓客進入樂園
- 派發紀念品
- 協助及處理售票等相關程序，包括處理現金和金錢交易
- 引領賓客乘搭酒店接駁巴士
- 營運露天停車場及歡迎賓客
- 搬運及保管賓客財產及行李
- 協助及處理停車場及行李寄存服務收費，包括處理現金和金錢交易
Basic Qualifications:
- 兼職職位會按公司營運需求輪班工作，並根據兼職種類：
- 平日兼職: 需於星期一至五可被排班
- 週末兼職: 需於星期六、日及公眾假期可被排班
- 申請者需已年滿18歲。
- 具備英語、粵語或普通話的溝通能力。
- 願意在度假區內不同地點工作，包括戶外工作。
- 能夠接受長時間站立及搬運重物的工作需求。
- 擁有良好的賓客服務意識，能獨立工作並具有團隊合作精神及 良好的溝通技巧。
- 能適應快速節奏的工作環境並同時處理多項工作。
- 關懷他人及富主動性。
- 能為賓客帶來親臨其境之奇妙體驗。
- 能以對話、肢體語言及個人互動與賓客建立聯繫。
Preferred Qualifications:
- 具有賓客服務相關工作經驗。
- 具備英語、粵語及普通話讀寫能力。能使用其它語言可獲優先考慮。

工作時間：我們的主題樂園及度假區酒店全年365天運作，因此本職位需要按照由公司編訂的更表輪班。
