Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • 在戶外地方與賓客進行訪問及收集統計數據
  • 日常需要與賓客互動，並為有需要的賓客提供協助

Basic Qualifications:

  • 能以廣東話、英語及普通話與賓客溝通
  • 具邏輯性思維， 能清晰地與賓客進行訪問並準確記錄回答
  • 具良好的溝通能力和人際關係技巧

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 具客戶服務、實地或電話訪問相關之工作經驗可獲優先考慮
  • 修讀及持有酒店管理、旅遊及款待或相關的學歷及課程可獲優先考慮

Additional Information:

工作時間：
我們的主題樂園及度假區酒店全年365天運作，因此本職位需要輪班工作 ── 一般而言每星期工作5至6天，並需要在星期六、星期日及公眾假期工作。
