Responsibilities:
- 操作收銀系統，準確處理現金及電子付款交易。
- 遵守正確的食物處理和衛生規範，確保食品安全並維持品質。
- 保持工作區域清潔、整齊和有序。
- 管理排隊區域，確保賓客秩序流暢。
- 專業且友善地處理賓客查詢。
- 協助經理完成日常營運工作。
餐飲侍應涵蓋多個領域，除上述職責，申請人將根據營運需求被分配到下列具體職位並負責：
快餐店:
- 向賓客介紹菜單選項，並有效地接單及完成訂單。
- 執行餐廳助理工作，包括清理及重新擺設餐桌，以及將餐具送回廚房。
- 按需求進行庫存補充。
戶外小食亭:
- 向賓客介紹菜單選項，並有效地接單及完成訂單。
- 製作簡單的小食並進行適當的裝飾。
- 管理庫存補充，包括手動運送庫存。
- 與辦公室團隊溝通以補充收銀所需資源。
餐桌服務式餐廳:
- 擺設餐桌並協助桌面安排。
- 擔任接待員職責，包括迎接賓客並引領至指定餐桌。
- 介紹菜單並提供詳細的菜品資訊。
- 理解賓客需求及用餐喜好，並提供推薦意見。
- 提供點餐及餐飲服務，並處理膳食要求。
- 根據營運需要，於度假區內不同餐飲地點工作。"
Basic Qualifications:
- 全職工作時間，按公司營運需求，輪班輪休，包括於週末、假期及晚間工作。
- 申請者需已年滿18歲。
- 具備英語、粵語或普通話的溝通能力。
- 願意在度假區內不同地點工作，包括戶外工作。
- 能夠接受長時間站立及搬運重物的工作需求。
- 擁有良好的賓客服務意識，能獨立工作並具有團隊合作精神及 良好的溝通技巧。
- 能適應快速節奏的工作環境並同時處理多項工作。
Preferred Qualifications:
- 持有中五或以上學歷，或酒店及旅遊管理文憑者。
- 具有酒店或相關職位的工作經驗者。
- 具備收銀經驗者。
- 具備更多經驗的應徵者將考慮安排更高級別的職位。
- 具備英語、粵語及普通話讀寫能力。能使用其它語言可獲優先考慮。
