Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Delivers project(s) safely as described in work orders/project scope according to schedule without supervision
- Review design, assess location, plan, install, service projects
- Proper installation of stage equipment as per project scope
- Mounting transformers, connecting wire runs, programming
- Clean up all areas affected by installation
- Participate in team meetings and provide input towards driving efficiencies
- Ability to lead a crew(s) providing direction, keeping team on task and on time
- Proper care, operation, and prep of company Genie lift day before installation
- Provide advance training to the team
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years proven leadership experience
- 5+ years’ experience of programming audio/video/lighting
- Effective Chinese/English verbal and written communication skills
- Full-time availability for a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Technically and mechanically inclined able to work with basic hand tools
- Comfortable working outdoors in inclement and/or extreme weather conditions in a physically active environment
- Experience setting up, installing, and troubleshooting advanced technology for new productions or events
- Fully understanding of electrical systems and data signal flow
- Strong on computer and software playback system
- Ability to program the stage server
- Must have a positive attitude, self-motivated, self-managing, patient with yourself and others
- Must be receptive to receiving direction, adaptable to changing needs and possess the ability to take on new task
- Must have a proven safety track record - clean driving record and safety-first mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree holder or equivalent work experience.
- Advanced networking, programming, and computer skills
- Show control system and automation skills
- Driving license holder (Class 1 & 2) is an advantage.
- Registration of Electrical Worker/Holder of Safety Training Certificate is an advantage.
Additional Information:
SCHEDULE AVAILABILITYOur Theme Park and Resort Hotels operate 365 days a year. Candidates will need to work shifts according to a roster that is determined by the Company, including shifts on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
