Hong Kong Disneyland Resort (“HKDL”) is now hiring interns for the Financial Management team. Based on academic background and interview performance, shortlisted candidates will be assigned to one of the following teams:
Finance
Controllership
Strategic Sourcing and Supply Chain
Responsibilities:
Finance
Prepare business updates and analyses, and provide commentary to support various internal stakeholders' inquiries.
Evaluate the performance of current and past HKDL offerings and identify potential areas for improvement.
Create and maintain data reports and performance dashboards to keep HKDL leaders informed of business performance.
Controllership
Assist in period-end closing and preparation of financial statements, and perform asset controls over merchandise inventory and fixed assets.
Assist in performing tests of control for compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and external auditor requirements.
Support the daily sustainment and coordinate the development of Robotic Process Automation for different finance functions.
Assist the Financial Systems team in performing User Acceptance Testing for business projects and managing daily system operations in SAP.
Strategic Sourcing and Supply Chain
Assist buyers in conducting sourcing projects.
Compile business reports and perform data analysis.
Support the OFS team with office administration tasks.
Provide ad hoc assistance to buyers and the Office & Fleet Services team.
Requirements:
Current university students graduating in or after 2025, major in Finance, Accounting, Business, Financial Technology, Computer Science, Information System or other relevant disciplines.
Energetic, strong team-players and passionate about Disney.
Excellent command of English and Chinese, including both spoken Cantonese and Putonghua.
Have the right of abode in Hong Kong SAR.
Must be available for a full-time internship for three consecutive months between May and August 2025.
Previous work experience at Disney theme parks will be considered as an added advantage.
Good at data analysis, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
