Responsibilities
Assist the Production Manager to prepare and coordinate the logistical, technical, financial, talent and scheduling aspects of shows and events
Provide administrative support in preparing meeting notes, presentation and project communication materials
Provide production support in the field on all production projects
Assist to compile production manuals
Coordinate with internal and external partners to assist all Entertainment projects
Requirements
Diploma in Performing Arts, Technical Theater or related discipline
At least 3 year of relevant working experience in theater and event management
Excellent interpersonal skill with the ability to communicate with all levels people
Knowledge of show production, lighting, audio, SFX, scenic and stage set-up systems
Strong computer and organizational skills
Fluent in both English and Cantonese
