Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise contractors and frontline staff on landscaping, tree care, irrigation, and pest control works.
- Coordinate sourcing and procurement of plant materials, spare parts, and horticulture services.
- Maintain accurate labor, scheduling, and inventory records.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Respond to ad hoc operational issues as part of the horticulture duty roster.
- Support project delivery through problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Higher Diploma in Horticulture or a related discipline; Bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in horticulture, landscaping, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of ornamental plants, horticulture tools, and maintenance practices.
- Demonstrate awareness of workplace health and safety practices, with the ability to identify hazards and ensure safe work procedures on-site.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
