Job Summary
Join Hong Kong Disneyland's Broadcast Marketing team and help bring Disney stories to audiences across Hong Kong, China, and international markets. Reporting to the Broadcast Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for executing broadcast marketing projects, coordinating creative development, managing campaign delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and media partners to ensure all communications meet Disney's world-class brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute broadcast marketing campaigns and projects across Hong Kong, China, and international markets.
- Partner with Marketing, IMC, Digital, Product teams, broadcasters, and agencies to deliver effective campaign materials and messaging.
- Coordinate creative development, production timelines, approvals, and asset delivery to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Present creative concepts and marketing materials to stakeholders and support the approval process.
- Manage relationships with broadcasters and external partners to ensure smooth project implementation and execution.
- Ensure all communications align with Disney brand guidelines and deliver clear, consistent messaging.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and maintain project documentation and databases.
- Research media trends, broadcast partners, and emerging opportunities across international markets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, media, communications, broadcast marketing, or related fields.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain premium brand standards.
- Understanding of media production, content development, and marketing communications.
- Experience working with broadcasters, TV networks, media agencies, or entertainment brands is an advantage.
- Experience in talent, celebrity, influencer, or content partnership management is preferred.
- Proficiency in Korean or Japanese will be considered a plus.
