Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to manage our Broadcast Marketing digital asset library and support post‑production activities. This role works closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth handling of video footage and marketing content.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize the digital asset library, including footage ingestion, file conversions, and uploads/downloads.
  • Support post‑production workflows and coordinate with creative teams and external editors.
  • Perform simple video edits when needed.
  • Handle administrative tasks including billings, vendor contracts, and meeting scheduling.
  • Ensure video assets meet Disney brand standards and project timelines.

Requirements

  • Diploma or above; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in video production, media, or TV-related fields.
  • Knowledge of video formats and hands-on skills in Final Cut Pro (After Effects a plus).
  • Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage time-sensitive tasks.
