This role reports to Director, Security, Safety, Fire and Health Services and will act as a key leader and driver on the satisfactory provision of cast services to ensure newly hired non-local cast members’ smooth life and career transition to Hong Kong Disneyland (HKDL) and the integration of non-local cast members to the existing local labor force. The candidate is required to liaise with various internal and external partners to provide support in areas including but not limited to, pre-arrival logistics, onboarding and offboarding, and work and life in Hong Kong and HKDL in general.
Responsibilities:
Communicate and collaborate with various internal partners to develop a comprehensive full life cycle support model for non-local cast members through integration and refinement of services and support in different stages of cast life.
Design, implement, coordinate cast activities and programs for non-local cast members such as cultural excursion activities, buddy programs and integrate non-local cast members to existing cast engagement activities to create culturally diversified and inclusive cast experiences.
Establish collaboration and rapport with external service providers to ensure coverage and effectiveness of tailored cast services to non-local cast members.
Initiate pre-arrival communication and proactively approach newly hired non-local cast members to ensure safe and smooth commute and/or relocation (if applicable) to Hong Kong.
Provide logistic support in cast onboarding and offboarding, including transportation and housing arrangement and coordination, bank account and HKID registration, checkout and departure support etc.
Support Operations team leaders to provide regular check-in with non-local cast members on work and life.
Requirements:
Tertiary Education or above
5 years of working experiences, with supervisory experience in frontline operations is preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with various external and internal partners
Passion and compassion to work with people with diverse backgrounds
Strong communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
