Responsbilities:
- Conduct in-resort customer studies with the focus on guest satisfaction, guest reaction to seasonal events and special events, and revenue product strategies.
- Develop customized studies from design and data collection to reporting, to address business questions across different departments including operations, food & beverage, merchandise, revenue management, finance, and marketing etc.
- Integrate results of customer surveys and other sources of information to facilitate data analysis for continuous KPI monitors and in-resort activations for company-wise usage.
- Support on insights generation and report preparation for leadership and different developments on regular basis.
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure smooth implementation of projects.
- Work with internal stakeholders to facilitate information sharing and develop strategic measurement plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, applied mathematics, statistics, business or social sciences.
- Minimum 3 years of equivalent experience in executing end-to-end quantitative customized research or data analytics, experience on continuous tracking studies and handling technically complex projects is highly preferrable.
- Working experience gained from consumer insights or quantitative department of international research agencies. Experience from client side or quantitative project is a plus.
- Good at data mining and interpretation, manage to integrate different sources of information and translate large data sets into actionable insights, and present in a user-friendly way.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to collaborate with different audiences and articulate technical findings/criteria with others.
- Keen interest and good understanding in Travel and Entertainment industry is essential.
- Self-motivated, positive and agile, able to manage priorities and time effectively.
- Good in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data manipulation (e.g. Macros). Knowledge in data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) is advantage.
