Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling day-to-day pre-arrival & on-day tour reservations, coordinating with other teams on tour fulfillment logistics, organizing and planning park tour itineraries and conducting post-tour follow-ups to gather feedback.
- Deliver personalized services at a concierge level and customize exclusive VIP Tour experiences according to guest preferences and interests by leveraging knowledge and resources of resort facilities and services. Responsibilities may include operating company vehicles to transport guests from resort hotels, conducting bag checks before park entry as part of door-to-door services, ensuring a smooth experience for VIP Tour guests.
- Proactively cross-promote seasonal premium offerings for an elevated visit during pre-arrival and on the day of visit.
- Possess good communication skills with a guest-service mindset. Deliver service that exceeds expectations and upholds Disney 5 keys service standards.
- Capable of anticipating and attentively listening to guests' needs, offering clear and helpful information in person and over the phone promptly and with appropriate etiquette.
- Build positive relationships with guests that embody the spirit of Disney 5 keys and commitment to excellence, meeting guest needs to create a memorable experience.
- Demonstrate good problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenges guest situations/enquiries with professionalism and efficiency to ensure a positive experience.
- Assist any other tasks assigned by manger on-duty and provide to support to Disney Special Activities operations, contributing to exceptional experiences for VIP guests, leaders, executives, and key stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications:
- Tertiary education qualification from Hotel, Hospitality or Tourism Management courses.
- 1 Year experience in hotel, tourism and/or guest services industry
- Skilled in utilizing Microsoft Office applications, such as Word Processing, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication, with fluency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree in hospitality or Tourism Management courses.
- 2 years, with experience in hotel, tourism and/or guest services industry.
- Possession of a valid driving license is desirable.
- Availability: able to report for duty on weekdays for a minimum of two (2) days per week.
Required Education
- Tertiary education qualification from Hotel, Hospitality or Tourism Management courses
Preferred Education
- Associate degree in hospitality or Tourism Management courses
Additional Information:
SCHEDULE AVAILABILTYOur Theme Park and Resort Hotels operate 365 days a year. Candidates will need to work shifts according to a roster that is determined by the Company, including shifts on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
