Responsibilities:
- Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and contractors
- Collaborate with cross-teams to coordinate maintenance works
- Conduct daily inspection and safety audit, advice enhance safety performance of both in-house staff and contactors
- Handle safety incidents, emergency downtime of facilities
- Attend daily meetings with internal stakeholders
- Assist to manage in-house frontline staffs and contractors
- Assist to manage maintenance works
Qualifications:
- Higher Diploma holder or above. Major in Engineering related disciplines is preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as in a similar role of duty engineer or engineer aspect
- Procession of driving license is required
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
