Job Summary:

The Health Services Manager is responsible for leading a team of registered nurses, paramedics and frontline cast members for providing professional and efficient first aid and baby care services for both guests and cast members.  Additional responsibilities are to provide medical expertise to the management on any types of health related issues and prevention, also to collaborate with other Lines of Business such as HR and the Chief Medical Officer of the Company for promoting Cast Medical and Wellness programs.  

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the First Aid Center and Baby Care Center which consist of registered nurses, paramedics and frontline cast members.

  • Develop and review Operating Guides and specific working procedures.

  • Arrange trainings, e.g. First Aid, AED/BLS, for relevant cast members. 

  • Handle Hong Kong Disneyland (HKDL) related first aid incidents and issues in an efficient manner.  

  • Collaborate with different Lines of Business to develop health and wellness promotional programs, e.g., blood donation, health checks to increase health and wellness awareness for all cast members.

  • Manage the annual budget and expenditure (both labor and operating expenses) for the Health Services team.

  • Prepare the health services operations and/or consultation for new expansion projects, e.g., park and hotel’s facilities, first aid center, cast clinic.

  • Manage the Resort First Aid Kits, AEDs and other medical related equipment.

  • Responsible for the development and exercising of health-related emergency management plans.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder in Nursing , with at least 12 years of relevant working experience including team management and administration

  • Registered Nurse with practicing certificate is required

  • Knowledge on first aid, pre-hospital trauma, AED/BLS as well as clinical base knowledge

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
