- Learn about fundamentals of Theme Park and resort hotel design principles and understand the design process
- Learn about the Design & Show Quality Studio as it relates to the HKDL projects
- Assist in creative problem solving and general design tasks
- Attend and participate in project progress meetings to learn design coordination
- Receive onsite experience through creative reviews and buy-offs
- Produce creative presentation decks
- Coordination between other LOBs
- Develop visual styles for communication and branding use
- Provide interior and graphic design support to the creative team including concept design, menu design, graphic design, interior details design, material finishes proposal, etc.
- Research and prepare creative references for various projects
- Participate in the ideation, presentation and execution of assignments, and follow through on all creative deliverables
